Service providers

Website hosting, analytics, messaging or booking tools may process limited information on our behalf. Live Google ratings, when enabled, are requested through the official Google Places service and remain subject to Google’s policies.

Google privacy

When the optional Google Maps rating is enabled, a limited request is made for the public rating, review count, listing link and required attribution. Google’s privacy policy is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy. This website does not publish individual Google review text or reviewer details.

Retention and requests

Enquiry records are retained only as needed for travel planning, service administration and legitimate record-keeping. To request access, correction or deletion, contact the company through the website enquiry channel.
